CLEAR TERMS.
IPHush is provided by Mirage Global Technologies LLC.
Your account number
Your 16-digit account number is your sign-in secret. Save it and keep it private. If you lose it and have not added an optional sign-in email, your account cannot be recovered.
Plans and payments
Your plan sets your capacity, simultaneous connections, router allowance and proxy logins. The current limits and prices are shown before you pay. Prices are in USD and exclude tax; applicable tax appears at checkout.
Mirage Global Technologies LLC is the seller. Every payment has an order reference and a numbered invoice from Mirage Global Technologies LLC. Card payments use Stripe’s hosted checkout; Stripe is our payment processor and handles card data under its own terms.
Balance
Your balance can only be used for IPHush. It cannot be transferred or withdrawn as cash, earns no interest and has no expiry date. The maximum balance is $2,000.
Top-ups are credited up to the $2,000 limit. If a payment would take your balance above the limit, we credit up to the limit and return the rest to the original payment method within 30 days.
If you close your account, we refund the remaining balance to the original payer by the original payment method.
Automatic renewal
Before your first payment, you choose whether to consent to automatic renewal from your balance. When it is enabled and your balance is sufficient, your plan renews on its renewal date. A notice appears in your account, in the app and on the website, three days before renewal. You can turn auto-renew off at any time with one action in your account.
Extra routers
On Family and Pro you can add more routers than your plan includes, currently $15 a month each (the price is always shown before you pay), up to 10 per account. Each extra router is paid one month at a time, from your balance or with a new payment, and Mirage Global Technologies LLC issues a numbered invoice or receipt for it.
If you choose automatic renewal, an extra router renews from your balance on its renewal date when the balance covers it; nothing is charged to a card automatically, and you can turn renewal off at any time with one action in your account. When an extra router ends, the newest router above your plan’s allowance is paused, not deleted: you choose which router runs, add another router, or remove one.
Refund requests for an extra router are subject to the same 24-hour eligibility window as plans and are reviewed by support.
Automatic top-up
You can save a card (a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link) for automatic top-up. If you turn it on, you authorize Mirage Global Technologies LLC to charge the saved card the amount you chose ($20, $50, $100 or a custom amount from $10), or the missing amount if that is more, when your balance cannot cover a renewal of your plan or an extra router, never above the $2,000 balance limit. The renewal is then paid from your balance, and each charge gets a numbered invoice.
If a charge does not go through, we try once more within the renewal period and, if you added an email, send you a link to pay. After two renewals in a row cannot be charged, automatic top-up turns off and the card is removed. You can turn it off or remove the card at any time with one action in your account. Refund requests follow the same 24-hour eligibility window.
Refunds
Refund requests are subject to a 24-hour eligibility window and are reviewed by support. Refunds use the original payment method. Contact support@iphush.com with your payment reference; do not send your secret account number.
