ACCEPTABLE USE.
IPHush is for private, lawful use. This policy covers the VPN, proxy logins, Smart DNS, dedicated IP addresses and this website.
Not allowed
- Breaking the law, or helping someone else break it.
- Spam and other bulk unsolicited messages. Outgoing mail on port 25 is blocked at every location.
- Attacks: denial of service and flooding, scanning networks or probing them for weaknesses without the owner’s permission, guessing passwords or breaking into systems.
- Malware, phishing, botnets and the servers that control them.
- Fraud, card fraud, identity theft, or taking over other people’s accounts.
- Child sexual abuse material. We report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, as US law requires.
- Infringing copyright or other people’s rights.
- Threats, harassment or stalking.
- Reselling or renting access, or running a public VPN, proxy or DNS service on top of IPHush.
- Getting around your plan’s limits, or interfering with the service or with other customers.
Fair use
Plans have no speed tiers. When a location is busy, its capacity is shared fairly between the customers connected to it. What each plan includes is shown before you pay.
What we do
IPHush keeps no connection logs, so we act on what we can see at the time: we block abusive traffic at our locations, and we may suspend an account that breaks this policy. On Pro, the dedicated IP address is only yours, so abuse reports about it are matched to your account.
Email abuse@iphush.com with the IP address, the date and time with the time zone, and what happened. Copyright notices go to dmca@iphush.com and legal requests to legal@iphush.com.
Read the Terms and the Privacy policy. Contacts for each kind of request are on Abuse and legal requests.
